1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the M Stock trading platform, mobile application, website, or any associated services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and M Stock Trading Pvt. Ltd. ("M Stock", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India and registered with SEBI as a stock broker.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a resident of India with a valid PAN card
  • Have a valid bank account linked in your name
  • Not be barred from trading by SEBI or any regulatory authority
  • Have completed the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process

3. Account Registration

When you create an account on M Stock, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

M Stock reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, false, or misleading.

4. Trading Services

M Stock provides an online platform for trading in equity shares, derivatives (futures and options), commodities, and other financial instruments on recognized stock exchanges in India (NSE, BSE, MCX).

  • All trades are executed at the user's own risk and discretion
  • M Stock acts only as an intermediary and does not provide investment advice
  • Past performance of any security does not guarantee future results
  • Market conditions may affect order execution speed and prices

5. Fees and Charges

By using the Platform, you agree to pay all applicable fees, charges, and taxes as disclosed on our pricing page. These include but are not limited to:

  • Brokerage charges (as per the published tariff)
  • Securities Transaction Tax (STT)
  • Exchange transaction charges
  • SEBI turnover charges
  • GST on brokerage and transaction charges
  • Demat account maintenance charges (if applicable)

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and data compilations, is the property of M Stock or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Manipulate market prices or engage in wash trading
  • Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure

8. Risk Disclosure

Trading in securities involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. The value of securities can fluctuate, and you may lose more than your initial investment. You should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite before trading.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, M Stock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to Terms

M Stock reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
